Good Morning Everyone!

I am on the road writing you today from NAS Pensacola home of the Blue Angels. 


As the fates may be they are in town for an air show today which will be starting shortly so I will keep this brief.

For those unfamiliar they are the world renowned flight demonstration squadron of the US Navy. Their flight team consists of 6 Navy F/A-18E Super Hornets and  1 Marine Corps C-130J Super Hercules affectionately known as Fat Albert as a support craft. 


They put on quite the show and if you get a chance to see them I highly recommend it. For those who can't get to a live show I have video below from yesterday's full dress rehearsal.


There are several videos and documentaries available on the Blue Angels. In 2024 they came out with a new IMAX one called The Blue Angels that is available on Amazon Prime (I couldn't find it anywhere else).

I did find an older documentary called The Magic of Flight Narrated by Tom Selleck.

I Love You Guys!

  Good Evening Everyone!!! Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I have been hopping between two large projects and have had very little free time. I have basically been living out of my truck and a suitcase for the past few weeks. As the old saying goes "I'll get enough sleep when I am dead" I do stop in every now and then even if I don't comment. You guys crack me up! I don't think I laugh any harder than I do when reading the comments here. At least here, unlike Stan's sewer you haven't forgot how to have fun. It is really sad over there. How the mighty have fallen. (Do you remember what fun is Stan?) I had some stupid, rage-bait political posts written but to be honest I just don't care right now. I am too busy to worry about what some ass-hats in DC are doing nor do I care about the opinions of retards on the Interweebs and all their salty tears. Remembering Those Who Gave All

   Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori. Good Morning Everyone! Today in America is Memorial Day. It is a National Holiday and a day to honor those who have fought and died for our country and the freedoms it enshrines. We celebrate this holiday on the last Monday of May with memorial services, parades, fireworks, and the placing on flowers and flags graveside of our honored fallen. The largest events will be held in our national capitol Washington D.C. At 10am CDT there will be traditional ceremony of placing of the wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier at Arlington National Cemetery by the President of the United States.
